How long will it take to receive my online order?

📦 Orders in Greater Cairo & Giza: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
🚚 For other Egyptian governorates: Expect delivery within 5-8 business days.
🖨️ Customized "Collage" orders: Allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
⚠️ Note: International shipping is currently unavailable.

Is it possible to edit my order after it has been placed?

🕒 We process and ship orders within a few hours of receiving them, which limits our ability to make changes in order to maintain efficiency.

📅 For pre-order items, please allow up to 12 days for delivery.

🔗 If you urgently need to modify your order, please contact us right away. We’re here to help and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I open and try the items in my order while the courier waits?

🚫 We do not allow unpacking and testing items while the courier waits.
📦 All orders should be fully accepted upon delivery.
