📋 كيفية طلب الإرجاع أو التبديل

• الخطوة 1: سجل الدخول إلى حسابك بالنقر على أيقونة الملف الشخصي في قائمة المتجر
• خيارات تسجيل الدخول: استخدم بريدك الإلكتروني مع رمز التحقق المكون من 6 أرقام، أو سجل الدخول بحساب Google إذا استخدمته في الطلب
• الخطوة 2: اذهب إلى "طلباتك" واضغط على "طلب إرجاع" للطلب الذي تريد إرجاعه
• الخطوة 3: اختر المنتجات التي تريد إرجاعها واذكر سبب الإرجاع
• سياسة مرنة للإرجاع: نقبل إرجاع جميع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من التسليم، بغض النظر عن حالة المنتج
• كل طلب يحق له فقط بإجراء واحد بعد الشراء، إما استرداد الأموال أو التبديل

🌍 الطلبات الدولية

• في الوقت الحالي، لا نقدم خدمة الإرجاع أو التبديل للطلبات الدولية (خارج مصر).

🏷️ العناصر المخفضة والمباعة في العروض

• العناصر التي تم شراؤها في العروض أو بخصم نهائية ولا تستحق سوى التبديل بنفس العنصر بمقاس مختلف.

🚚 تكاليف الشحن والتعامل

• رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. ستكون مسؤولاً عن أي تكاليف إضافية مرتبطة بإرجاع أو تبديل العنصر.
• إذا تلقيت عنصرًا غير صحيح أو تالفًا أو به عيب تصنيع، فسنتكفل بجميع التكاليف لاسترداد الأموال بالكامل أو التبديل حسب تفضيلك.

💻 معالجة طلب الإرجاع

• يجب تقديم جميع طلبات الإرجاع من خلال حسابك خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.
• بعد تقديم طلب الإرجاع، سنراجعه ونرسل لك بريد إلكتروني بالموافقة أو التعليمات الإضافية.
• يرجى الاحتفاظ ببطاقة المنتج وجهز معلومات طلبك عند معالجة طلبك.

• Step 3: Select the items you want to return and provide a return reason
• Flexible Return Policy: We accept returns on all products within 14 days of delivery, regardless of product condition
• Each order is eligible for only one post-purchase adjustment, either a refund or an exchange

🌍 International Orders

• Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders (outside Egypt).

🏷️ Sale and Discounted Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and only eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size.
