السياسة دي بتوضح إزاي تقدر تلغي أو تعدّل طلبك في My Turtle.

📦 الطلبات العادية

• إحنا بنجهّز ونشحن تاني يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب، فلو عايز تلغي أو تعدّل أي حاجة، كلّمنا فورًا بعد ما تعمل الطلب وقبل ما يتشحن.
• بعد ما الطلب يتشحن مينفعش يتلغي، لكن تقدر ترجّعه حسب سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد.

⏳ الطلبات المسبقة (Pre-order)

• لما تطلب منتج Pre-order، انت بتحجز منتج لسه مش متوفر في المخزون، وهنجهّزه ونشحنه في وقت لاحق (عادةً خلال المدة المذكورة في صفحة المنتج).
• تقدر تلغي طلب الـPre-order طالما لسه متشحنش. لو الطلب اتشحن، مينفعش الإلغاء، لكن تقدر تطلب استرجاع كامل أو جزئي حسب سياسة الإرجاع.

ℹ️ ملحوظة

متجرنا مابيقدّمش اشتراكات دورية (subscriptions) ولا خدمة "جرّب قبل ما تشتري" (try before you buy) حاليًا.

🐢 Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can change or cancel your order at My Turtle.

📦 Standard Orders

• We prepare and ship the next business day after order confirmation, so if you'd like to cancel or change anything, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and before it ships.
• Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

⏳ Pre-orders

• When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product that isn't yet in stock. We'll prepare and ship it at a later date (typically within the timeframe shown on the product page).
• You can cancel a pre-order any time before it has shipped. Once it ships, it can't be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund in line with our return policy.

ℹ️ Note

We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions or "try before you buy."
