Return & Exchange Policy

At My Turtle, we want you to love what ends up at your door. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, regardless of product condition.

Each order is eligible for one post-purchase adjustment — either a refund or an exchange.

How It Works

Simply submit a return or exchange request through our Return & Exchange Request Form.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and approved by our team.

Please note that courier companies do not handle cash refunds.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and only eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Due to courier policies, packages cannot be opened upon delivery.
  • If you experience any issue with your order, you still have 14 days after delivery to contact us and we'll help sort it out.
